- Clinical questions that cannot wait until the next business day
- Text-based triage is the primary response method
- Phone calls provided at clinician discretion based on clinical need
USAGE & LIMITS
- Tier 1: Up to 3 after-hours contacts per quarter (weekdays 5–9pm)
- Tier 2: Up to 6 contacts per quarter (weekdays + Saturdays)
- Tier 3: Up to 12 contacts per quarter (24/7 priority)
- Family Essential: Up to 6 contacts per quarter
- Family Optimization: Up to 10 contacts per quarter
- Additional contacts beyond limit: $75 per episode
- Unused contacts do not roll over to the next quarter
- No Sunday after-hours access for Tier 1 or Tier 2
